Portland Museum's Mystery Column

For many years the Column has stood in the garden of Portland’s community Museum with no one quite sure of where it came from, or how it go there.

Recently some help has arrived in the form of local historian Stuart Morris whose Grandfather William Morris, a keen local Photographer, recorded over a hundred years ago a now long forgotten corner of Fortuneswell.
