Museum of Electricity Set in an Edwardian power station with unique displays of electrical items ranging from a Bournemouth tram car to boot warmers. The displays fit in with the school curriculum but there is novelty and nostalgia for all. Five minutes from town centre.	Museum of Design in Plastics MoDiP, which is part of the Arts University College at Bournemouth, is the UK’s only accredited museum of plastics. Displays are themed and change three times a year.

Wareham Town Museum Wareham Town Museum tells the story of the Wareham area from prehistoric times to the present day.	Water Supply Museum Housed in a Victorian pumping station still supplying Weymouth with water. The museum tells how water has influenced our lives from the Romans to the present day and contains a water turbine pump dating from 1857.
